Aftermarket parts are known for not been exact replicas of the original and this is not the exemption. The dimensions are different, corners are smaller which I like better but when you transfer the original brackets which are not included in the kit, the bumper spands and create a "slight wave" right in the middle. Many people will not notice it but I did. The center plastic band instead of having push in clips, has a pain in the rear end metal clips that you have to hammer with a plastic socket. Not very smart design. Overall fits good and looks good

Question: The F150XLT I own is a late production,  meaning I have 1992 parts blended with the 1993 updates. This is the bumper/trim/valance I currently have, however it says does not fit. The 1992 are listed, when it takes me for 1993 it shows the air holes,  that actually where for most V8 and up. Help me out here. Also, should I order the brackets?M C R. / Feb 18, 2024
