Hi Dejay, thanks for initiating contact. I couldn't find any specific information about the compatibility of this front bumper with a 2020-2023 Nissan Titan PRO-4X 8 Cyl 5.6L equipped with adaptive cruise control. I suggest preparing the VIN and calling the dealership to ask for the OE number of the bumper so we can cross-reference it with our parts. Have a nice day!
