Not perfect, but it doesn’t really need to be. I’m happy I bought it. I’ve had Weather Tech mats in the past and they are super durable and easy to clean, I’m sure this will be no different.

This cargo mat is a perfect fit. The material is pliable, durable, and maintains its shape. I had ordered a cargo mat made by another manufacturer and the material was inferior. It kinked after being rolled up in the shipping box. This one came the same way, but rolled out and settled into its proper shape with no problems. Carparts customer service was great about the return and provided a prompt refund. They were super responsive and handled my concerns and have developed a loyal customer!

Question: Can this be used without the OEM carpeting/cargo shaped compressed wood, can this be placed down on its own in the cargo space/area to get rid of the old beat up cut out you have to get to the spare? or is this more like a mat and needs to be placed on top of exsisting cut out in trunk space????KEVIN P. / Jun 03, 2022

Answered by Andrew B. / Fri, Jun 03As this trunk liner is somewhat flexible, any weight placed on it would likely cause the center of the liner to buckle down towards the spare tire area. I am inclined to think that keeping the original interior trunk surface in place would maintain the original stability of the interior trunk surface if a trunk liner were placed on top of it.
