Hi Asmita,
This part fits the 2008 Toyota Prius Base and Touring 4 Cyl 1.5L that has Federal type emission (Cut And Reuse OE Pipe). Please check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker usually found underneath the hood of the car to make sure the catalytic converter matches the car's Emission label specifications.
This has 1 sensor port but, the oxygen sensor is not included. They are sold separately.
