In a Honda Accord with a transverse-mounted engine, the catalytic converter closest to the radiator is considered the driver's side catalytic converter. The exhaust manifold on the driver's side (left side) of the engine feeds directly into the catalytic converter that is located closest to the radiator. Answered by Grace G. / Fri, Dec 15Question: Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for warranty work re: Replacement of all Fuel Injectors, and to have the PCM updated and reprogrammed. While driving home the engine light illuminated, so I took it back to Honda, and they told me a P0430 code popped up (Front Bank Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2. I checked with Honda corporate warranty regarding this, and was told that the vehicle met the warranty specs 8/80. I still haven't received any information back from Honda. If I get stuck with this I would like to confirm that this catalytic converter will in fact fit my pilot, without modifications? Thank You for your help.Mark L. / Jun 29, 2023
