This item is only for 2005-2007 Chrysler 300 Base 6 Cyl 2.7L with 47-State legal catalytic converter.
Some States now require the use of CARB-COMPLIANT AFTERMARKET CONVERTERS (in certain circumstances). It is important to know your State’s requirements to determine the correct converter for your application and location. EPA guidelines do not allow mismatching emission components. You may check the emission label sticker usually located underneath the hood for reference.

Welding is not necessary. This part is held by flange on the front section while the other end is held by an exhaust clamp connecting to the Y-pipe.
