Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Sep 05You will need bolts, washer, nuts. I purchased mine from lowes. The OEM part you are removing has studs pressed in that you will not be able to re-use. The hole in the bracket the mounts in lower trans might need to be expanded with a drill. Mine was slightly off, about 1/4 inch…the holes in manifold and lower exhaust line up perfect.

Answered by Cedric S. / Mon, Sep 05I installed on a 2006 350Z upon totally stock exhaust. It fit perfectly. One piece of advice, if your cat starts glowing red, immediately shut down and troubleshoot/repair your over-rich condition.
