First of all I had a great customer representative I believe his name was Michael. He set the stage for making me feel welcome and nice service. The order I put in was the Evan Fischer catalytic converter. When I received the converter from the ware house in quickly and timely fashion ,the converter was well wrapped and protected with no damages or scratches. The catalytic converter was already assemble and all the other pieces where in place inside the box for easy installment. I will buy all of my car parts from J.C Whitney , because number one great customer service and very ,very reasonable prices.

Installed on a 2003 Kia Sedona. Has worked fine since installation. Great price. However at installation, the bolts that came with it weren't long enough and the weld made it difficult to get the nuts on. Bought some new bolts, and after some extra time was able to get the nuts on without doing any filing.
