It fit with work.
I had to grind a section off on a corner, the original was flat across on the Evan model they round it so it hits part of your engine and wont mate up surface area with the engine.
Once you have that ground down (maybe only an issue for Mazda 6s 3.0L) you will have 2 pipes that are in the way of installing the bolts. Fix is to install the bolts first and hope or cut the bolts in half, install them, back them out and then put a nut on a half size bolt.
Either way, these are cheap and work with modification. In the future I would try some other brand before trying this one again due to the work needed to get it to fit correctly.
Itll smell for a day or two after install, the stickers and all that silver paint will burn off.

Exhaust tube covered mounting holes caused extra time during install

The flange fit just fine against the exhaust ports, but the pipe bends didn't have enough clearance for for the exhaust nuts, resulting in two of the nuts contacting the pipes and causing them to be very dificult to rotate. I even scratched the pipe with the side of the nuts while tightening.
Moreover, I had to use washers for the lower bracket to attach to the catalytic converter because the bracket on the catalytic converter was not place in the correct location.
I also had issues attaching the EGR pipe as the port in the catalytic converter didn't line up exactly as did the OEM. I had to force the pipe to match the hole in the EGR valve instead.
Not the best fit in the world, but I was able to install it without any leaks or DTC's in the last two months after installation.
