Unfortunately I ordered the wrong lower control arms for my GMC sierra, and when I received them through fed ex my box was completely destroyed and taped all the way around. I would still like to give car parts a 5 star review, for the simple fact I have never had any issues through them whatsoever and even with this mishap, I will continue to order parts through them. I sent out a return email and within minutes I had my shipping label sent to me through email and was able to work on getting them their parts back and me, my money back. Great customer service as well and will continue to recommend to friends and family 🙂
