Hi Russell, thank you for reaching out. One of the small hose provisions is for the bottle-to-radiator hose. The other provision is for the bottle-to-coolant bypass housing hose. The provision at the bottom is for the radiator-to-bottle hose. We suggest you refer to a vehicle repair manual for more details.
