It actually depends on the design of the engine. As i see it, your car has two coolant temperature sensors.

I purchased this sensor but for the life of me I can not find it. I took off the air filter and looked where the radiator hose goes into the engine and could not find it. Can you help me please? Hello!
On the V6 engine, one coolant temperature sensor is located near the EGR valve and the other is underneath the throttle body. On the 4-cylinder engine, one sensor is located near the top of the engine, under the air intake tube, and the other is located underneath the car, mounted in the radiator.
