Quiet operation, all the mounting positions and holes lined up nicely, comes with three new lower vibration dampeners, comes with its own control module (do not try to reuse factory controller), does not come with foam to seal between it and the radiator but that was only $6 at True Value. I am a novice mechanic and it took me 5 hours to replace. Love the price, especially when I consider that my 2014 pathfinder may not last 2 more years so why put a $600 OEM fan in.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Dec 12No they do not come with the harness. Your best bet is to reuse the harness that came off your old fan. But do check if the old harness is not faulty. If not faulty, reuse old harness.
