Question: What is the motor Wattage and Fuse rating of this fan?A Shopper / May 27, 2020
Wattage is irrelevant. It comes in an assembly. Fuse is 40 amp, but it gets tricky here. In the fusebox under the hood ( distribution box) there is no single fuse for the fan. it is fused in a fusible link. ( In a single large body there are 3 incapsulated fuses 40 amp each). Condenser fan circuit fuse is the middle one. Also there are 2 fuseboxes one after the other. The closer one is just a tow package relays panel, but you must take the cover out so the one behind can come out. Your particular fusible link is Green color. One piece. two terminals vertically and 2 more terminals horisontally. You can get it at Autozone for about 20 dollars, but do yourself a favor. Disconnect the fan connector at harness and run self diagnostic test before replacing this fuse. If fan motor is stuck, or burnt or otherwise damaged you will blow anoter fuse, so check motor before changing the fuse.
