Hi Alanah, I'm glad to assist you. As per checking, yes, you have already ordered this pair of cooling fan assembly last Sept. 16, 2020. If there are problems that came up after months of use, you can claim warranty so we can have it simply replaced. Please call our sales hotline(1-866-529-0412) and ask to be transferred to warranty department so they could process a replacement part. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
