Hello! The fan itself only has one speed, but it can be controlled by a resistor or perhaps a PWM controller

Answered by Mitchell D. / Thu, Jul 22Original fan on a 850 is 2 speed. The fan controller/relay switches 12V+ power between the green (low speed) and red (high speed) wires, using the black as a ground for both speeds. The picture shows these 3 wired colors which suggests it's also a 2 speed fan.
