The part was easy to reference, ordering process was easy, it was an exact match, and fairly easy to install, without any instructions included. This rating is based on the "stated delivery date being extended by up to a week, after I made the purchase of this "in stock" item, then extended again, causing anxiety, when in reality, it arrived only 1 day after the original promise date. I'm very satisfied with the overall purchase, but not the needless drama.
