Material is good just not as well built as the original. I do like that it is a little bigger on the inside so it doesn't grab your cup every time you take a drink. Fit is ok.

You can see there is a tab on the bottom edge...top in picture. Pinch the sides slightly to release the tabs. The plastic will flex. Do it gently and pull. Dont force it. Pinch and push in the new part. It will click into place.
