Hi Mike, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is not a torque-to-yield type of bolt (no specific details saying it is a torque-to-yield type of bolt). It can be reused. The torque-to-yield bolts are designed for single use. They should always be replaced when the cylinder head is removed. It is guaranteed to fit the 1998-2002 Honda Accord 2.3L, 1998-1999 Acura CL Base 2.3L, and 1998 Honda Odyssey 2.3L. Happy shopping!
