The window was a drivers side rear window but the brackets were on the wrong side. So I had to move them as it was cheaper than shipping it back. But the price was fantastic!

I chose this glass primarily because it had the fastest shipping compared to other sources at the time I placed the order. The glass itself is of good quality. However, as a previous buyer mentioned, the brackets at the bottom of the window were installed backwards. I didn’t fully understand what that meant until I encountered hours of difficulty during installation.
Returning the item wasn’t a practical option due to the high shipping cost and the additional delay in receiving a replacement. I eventually managed to install it by creating a washer to fill the gap caused by the incorrect bracket orientation and using longer screws.
On the positive side, I had a good experience with the customer service representative. I was concerned when my order status still showed “pending” 12 hours after placing it, but the representative was patient and clearly explained the situation. The order arrived on time, which I appreciated.

The ordering process was fairly straightforward. Shipping time was a little long. The biggest issue was that the bracket on the bottom of the window was installed backwards, so we had the choice of using longer screws (what we did), removing the bracket and replacing it with one correctly installed, or ordering a new window. Not the best.
