Installation was fairly easy, bolts are always a pain to get to. I do have an alignment issue that I'm trying to figure out though. Door was hitting the striker really high. After aligning and hanging/pulling down on the door I can get it to latch, but not perfect. Kind of expected with an aftermarket part, just wish there was more adjustment options.

Question: How do you get the door hinge put back into place? Do you have to take out the spring?George K. / Nov 13, 2020
Hi George,
The spring is built in to the hinge. You have to bolt on the door hinge to the main body 1st, then bolt tighten the door to the hinge upon mounting of the door. It could actually be done either way. But still, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about the removal and installation. Also, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this if you need to.

This will come with the door hinge with spring as one whole assembly already but will not include the pins and bolts.
