The actuator self works great. I couldn't give it five stars because the cable was too long and I had to use the old cable even though I checked for fit for my vehicle. Also, the plastic clip included to attach the door handle rod was very brittle and broke, and I had to go chase down new clips. It was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition and I appreciated that.

Maybe I’m just the first person to comment about the lock or I don’t have the info. The lock fit fine, but the cable that connects to the indoor door handle was too short, so I used the old one. There is a plastic clip that connects to the rod that goes vertical, I could not get the one sent to clip onto the rod to save my life. Again I reused the old plastic clip, luckily that’s not was broken. Again I’m not a professional mechanic but I’ve done my fair share. After saying all this I STILL have to bring my truck to the dealer because the problem I’m having is way out of reach for me. Thanks

You can avail of the extended warranty of 3 years with additonal $8.99, instead of the 1 year basic warranty only. You will see that customer protection plan option upon adding to cart.
