I had my door lock stop working on my 2005 Acura and my car shop was having a hard time sourcing a replacement. Decided to try getting the part myself and have them install it. Used the feature to insure compatability with my car and my shop was able to install it. It is GREAT having working door lock again!!!!!

Answered by Grace G. / Fri, Mar 12My car is a 2004 Honda Accord, and these actuators are exact replacements of the stock ones, at least in configuration and function. Some times they last a long time, and sometimes for only for a year or so. Be aware that they are left and right side specific. Twice I have unwittingly ordered the wrong side.
