The part worked. Easy to distinguish which part was needed from descriptive pictures. My wife is happy the sliding door is functional again. The biggest challenge was getting the old part out due to loc-tite on two screws. Using a soldering iron to heat up the screw got one but the other required using a dremel to cut of the head.

Hi Regina,
This does not come with the steel rods that hook up to the back of the door handle.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Tue, Feb 02No it does not. The existing cables hook right in to the actuator. Make sure you remember how you took it apart so you can put it all back together.
