Worked great. Was having issues with the drivers side door not unlocking when using the remote and other door switches. The rear hatch wouldn't unlock either. Replaced this part and the issue went away.

Good Actuator Door Lock for 2013 Honda Pilot EX-LFront, Driver Side Door Lock Actuator, 6 Cyl., 3.5L Engine

Part was just as promised and works perfectly so far. Carparts got it to me within the committed time. You do have to use the old cover from the old actuator on the new actuator, but the new actuator does have the rubber gasket and sealing in place unlike other actuators on the market.

This is for the front driver side only. Unfortunately, we are indefintely/temporarily out of stock of the rear driver side and passenger side door lock actuator.
