The part came packaged well, fit perfectly and seemed to be very good quality. The only issue I had was the provided orange clip that attached to the door handle rod. I was never able to get it to clip around the rod so I just used the clip from the original unit and everything turned out perfect.

We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement.

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Mar 09this electrical actuator is the motor to open and close the door and is connected to the lock with a metal bar. the problem could be if the connection bar is lose from it terminals or if the actuator is not working properly. I recommend to dismantle the door in order to identify which one is not working.
