Question: I have a 2005 gmc sierra 2500hd with a remote to unlock. When I unlock the truck, all doors unlock besides the front passenger door. It doesn’t move, do I need a new actuator? If so which one?Brandyn / Feb 05, 2023

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Feb 05Try to use 2 long wires from you battery and see if you can jump them from the battery. They only have 2 wires touch the 2 wires one way unlocks and touch the wires the other way and they will lock. If they work but the remote will not work them is must likely the body model or broken wires

Answered by Arnel E. / Thu, Dec 30I own a 2005 Sierra, My issue was I had a bad lock relay. While exploring my lock issues I noticed the lubricant on the locking mechanism rods etc. had
gummed up causing undo resistance for door actuator. Removed old lubricant and and replaced it with new lubricant. With all this said I still had to replace one door
actuator. I hope this information helps you.
