I am actually taking a break in between installing these on both doors. 1995 Silverado. They ship rivets with the actuators but not the bolts that match the installed brackets, should you choose to bolt in versus rivet. Other than that great fit and finish so far, here's to longevity too!

I had to reverse the wiring on the driver's lock actuator. After that it worked great.

All the other actuators wires go out of driver's door the driver's lock Wire is in the door, so the most likely cause would be the actuator. Check to see if you have power At the driver actuator when switch is pressed for lock and on lock, first.
