The part came promptly and was exactly as described. The part came with both the right and left "arm". This part is definitely hard to put in and I would not recommend DIY if you are not mechanically inclined.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Thu, Sep 16As far as I know this is a lock actuator from what your saying it seems like your handle might be broken or the lock push rods might be off/broken.
The actuator only pushes the lock up or down.

My mechanic told me that I need a new door latch for my driver side, as I have difficulty opening the car door from the inside and the outside.
