The lockset looks identical to the oem but the screw holes don't match which makes it unusable even though I matched it with the oem parts number.

Hi,
No, keys will be different from the factory keys. The new ignition lock cylinder does come with new keys but, you would have to use the original key to open the doors or have a locksmith rekey all of the lock cylinders on the doors and trunk to match the new ignition lock cylinder.
