Excellent product but a word of caution!Door Seal - Sold Individually

This new drivers door weatherstrip was a perfect fit replacement for the entire opening on my '87 Dodge Ram with about 8" to spare. The only drawback is that with a perfectly aligned door the hollow tubing of the weatherstrip is airtight and resists being able to close the door without slamming it. To fix that problem there should be small (1/16") holes every 12" along the entire length to allow the release of compressed air within the strip when the door is closed.
