Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. It fits the front only. It is not for the hatch door. For us to carefully check and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). The VIN would be much helpful. They do fit the rear hatch. Unscrew the U shaped portion from the main screw. Use the flat washer that comes with the new part along with the existing washers. Works perfect on my 93 explorer.

Hello! It's possible, especially if your pins are worn. Sometimes they can be adjusted, and other times the latch assembly can be adjusted.

Hi Jessica, You might be referring to the door hinge bracket itself. Please check with your trusted local auto Repair shop or dealership for the exact name of the part. A vehicle specific repair manual would also be equally helpful if you can borrow or hire one from an auto repair shop.
