I did both rear doors these worked perfect and fit perfectly now all my doors and windows and locks work like new. Very happy should have done this years ago.

Hi Ian, I'm glad to assist you. This wiring harness is for a Crew Cab. It is incompatible with a Quad/Extended Cab. We do not carry any other wiring harness for the doors. It is the only one left in our inventory.

Hi Joseph, I'm glad to assist you. This is for a Crew cab, rear left and rear right doors. It is not for a Mega cab. We do not carry a direct-fit door wiring harness for the Mega cab.
