Did not fit my VW GolfSerpentine Belt, 6 Rib Count

I bought this belt because it was labeled as a direct fit for my 2000 VW MK4 Golf GLS. Well... it's not. Turns out both sides need to be ribbed to help drive the Alternator, A/C compressor, power steering pump, and crankshaft. Which in this case only one side of this belt is ribbed.
I guess the quality of the belt looked good from what I could tell so take that for what its worth. Regardless, moral of the story is make sure the part you're buying actually fits your car. Unfortunately for me I had waited to long to install it and now I'm past the 30 day return policy...
