Hi Erik, I'm glad to help you out. This only fits the 2004 models. Unfortunately, we currently don't carry EGR lines for the 2003 Taurus. We suggest checking the local parts stores around your area or the Ford dealership directly on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps and happy shopping.
