Good Points:
Comparing to original it looks like it will be a good fat. Though I havent gone to install it yet. It is one of the least expensive options out there.
Bad Points:
It is much more flimsy than the original guard. The material is quite a bit thinner and less rigid. It would probably do a decent job keeping water/mud from splashing up, but I would not expect it to do well against rocks or sticks or other road debris. Still better than not replacing it (my original one had fallen and really got chewed up requiring that what was left of it, be removed).
It would also be nice if they included at least the part numbers for the various clips, but thats true of pretty much all aftermarket (and even oem) parts, so I'm not taking any stars off for that.

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
