The part fits well but do not expect BMW quality construction. I installed mine with little trouble and it’s working well. It does not come with hardware. I used a mix of original and new screws to fasten it in place.

Hi Alyssa. This part does not come with the clips. We don't handle these items, so you can obtain it locally if the existing clips are no longer usable.

Hi Barry,
I don't think so. A heat shield is more towards the firewall where as this is directly underneath the engine.
