Your customer service is awesome, but the part itself left a bit to be desired. The first one you shipped me had dents/folds/defects where there should not have been. You shipped me another one at no charge which was awesome, but even though I requested that you make sure to speak with your warehouse and have them send me an undamaged one, the second one was also dented although not quite as bad as the first. Secondly, while the part seemed to mostly match the original part in shape and size, the clip holes did not line up properly with the holes on the car so could not be attached in those places. The holes were offset by at least 3/4 to 1"...too much to get the clips in so we had to do without those. Hopefully the screws will be enough to keep this part in place without the 5 clips. Your price on this part was vastly better than Toyota's, but it was not an exact match to the part in regard to the clip holes.
