Hi B,
Upon checking, this engine splash shield is compatible with the 1999-2003 Ford F-150 Lightning 8 Cyl 5.4L and the 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage SVT Lightning 8 Cyl 5.4L. There is no 4.6L on those applications. I would recommend contacting your local dealership with your VIN number if you are not sure about the options your vehicle came with. We can only fitment based on our application guide.
