Hi Vicky,
This fits to the rear portion of the engine undercover. There is a front portion that is connected to this rear one and it is a front engine splash shield. You can also refer to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual if you have one or an online resource website showing a video of the parts location of your vehicle.
