Replaced the fenderliner and main tray plastics on my cx5. This tray fit well, holes lined up and such. Recommended
Tip: Salvage the plastic clips and screws that hold the access panels onto the old tray. They may come in handy for future repairs.

Yes it covers it, and has a smaller access panel (included) to access the drain plug and oil filter.

There are no screws. This under panel mounts primarily with push fasteners. The only screws are already there, holding the oil filter access panel on.

Answered by William M. / Fri, May 20Question: Will this part work on my cx9 with AWD?Tony L. / Jun 01, 2021
Hi Tony, I'm glad to help you out. No, this is only for the FWD. As much as I want to help you, you missed mentioning the year of the vehicle for me to check. You can do a manual check for the fitment - On the home page, please enter the complete required information (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). Type the name of the part in the search box. You'll see a "Guaranteed to Fit" badge for the part that fits. We also recommend that you check the "Your Vehicle Fit Details" as well as the "Vehicle Fitment Information" table on the product page. You can click on the link below to get back to the product page.

I truly don’t know if these models are compatible. I would look at your existing one and measure it up. Good luck.

Answered by Gabriel I. / Tue, Jun 01Question: Is this the underbody fuel shield?Myles S. / Oct 28, 2024
Hi Myles, I am pleased to assist you. No. This part is designed to protect the underside of the engine and other key components from dirt, debris, and moisture. It is not specifically a fuel shield, as its primary purpose is to cover and safeguard the engine area rather than the fuel system. If you're looking to protect the fuel lines or fuel tank, you may need a designated fuel shield or fuel tank cover, which is different from an engine splash shield. Have a nice day.
