Not as rigid as the OEM part and oil filter access cover uses screws instead of snap clips to close it. But this is what I needed when I hit a Raccoon at 55 MPH

Yes you will need bolts or screws. As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
