Right side fits left side is not the right one. tried to e-mail but they did not receive ,.I would mlike to return left side because my mechanic had to purchase a different one to get my truck running. I will tryto contact them again

Yes. its better to get new studs because they tend to break.

Hi Arby, As per checking, this is a guaranteed fit for the 1999 Ford F-250 Base 8 Cyl 5.4L. This comes with gasket and bolts for a direct fit install (Exhaust Manifold; 1 Manifold Gasket; 3 Studs; 3 Nuts).
