The door handle was great. Perfect replacement. But the shipping was terrible. There was no way to tell where it was during the shipping process, or when it would be delivered. Even support could not find it. Just when we they were going to cancel the order and re-ship it, I get an email that it was on it's way. So I receive the part in good condition just very late.

Great price for a very important part....after 21 years the door handle levers on my SUV all started to break...it is tough to get in your vehicle when the exterior door handles fail. I purchased the set of all 4 and installed them. They work fine just like the originals. Hopefully I'll see another 21 years of use, ha.
