Great quality door handle. Lock cover fits perfect. The handle was a little tight and I used sandpaper to make it fit smoothly. This is preferred to prevent excess play in the handle and allows precise fitment. Can't do this with an undersized part which will not fit tight and wiggle all over.

Hi Laverne,
We do not have a DIY install procedure available but you could look up procedures shown online via video tutorials...etc. This part would require removing the door panel trim and adjusting the window glass in the closed upward position, moderately easy but you need the right tools for a hassle free install.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Jan 1763 year old female here. I installed it myself. I over dis-assembled the door panel and made it harder than what was necessary. Be sure if you search online you specify Exterior Door handle. The interior door panels will Not need to be removed unless you drop something inside (which I did not). I have purchased the service manual for my Vibe because I understand better when I Read instructions instead of watching someone in a video. Bottom line: It is relatively easy to install.

Answered by Debi B. / Sun, Jan 17My husband installed them and said it was moderately easy. But he is good at that sort of thing. I would not have called it moderately easy and would have hired it done. But if you have tools and are handy it's doable. I think he looked at videos to figure it out.
