Hi,
We recommend referring to a good repair manual for step by step instructions on how to install the door handle. It may require basic automotive knowledge for proper installation and professional installation is always recommended. You can find more information here: https://www.carparts.com/blog/why-you-should-always-consult-a-repair-manual/

What I have done was use a grinder and ground off the rivets that held the old handle on the door because The rivets are not easy to drill out.
when you put the new handle on the door before bolting it to the door, make sure all rods are connected to the handle.
Then use a couple of short bolts with nuts and lock washers and bolted the handle to the door.
I put the heads of the bolts on the out side and the nuts on the inside... the bolts can only be just long enough to bolt the handle to the door.
after everything is set use a little bit of spray paint any kind any color and spray paint the nuts and threads. when the paint dries it will act as if you put loctite on the threads. after that is completed, put your door together and enjoy your new and working handle.

You CAN goggle it: its a pretty common replacment service item.
1/4 in drillbit to drill out the rivits...
Remove the inside door panel.
Remove the vapor shield(the plastic liner if its still there)
With a flashlight undo the rod lock that holds the handle rod to the latch. These are usually a white plastic piece with a green snap-over tab. A small screwdriver will pop it loose.
Remove the handle from the outter door skin.
Put some tqape like blue painters tape or masking tape over and around the area the handle fits into to help prevent scratches.
Lay in the new handle, and with a piece of tape hold it up on the area it sits in.
the replacement handles come with bolts and hardware to reattach the handle to the panel.
Tighten everything up.
Install the rod, and then snap into the latch retasiner you removed it from at the begining.
NOTE: some years you install the rod FIRST then slip it into the panel. Depends on how you took it apart...
There is usually some wear and slack in the latch mech.Gently hold the rod up, and the lever down and snap the rod into place and close the cover.
Using a screwdriver or extention, close the latch arms. Lift the handle to be sure it releases the latch. Adjust the rod as needed to release the latch without getting all gorrilla on it.
Spray some oil or white lube into the latch. You'd be surprised how it helps.
Open and close the door a few times.
Reinstall the door panel.
And yer done!
