The first package I received came with an incomplete part. I struggled with the install for about 45 minutes before coming back in to cross reference a picture of the part, realizing it had been sent without an essential retaining washer. They did accept a return and send me out a replacement with a complete part. The door handle replacement itself worked just fine and fit well. 3 stars because of the quality control issue.

New clips should be with the new handle. Save the screws that you take the old handle you’ll need them to reattach the new handle. Hope this helps.
