I placed my order and carparts showed shipping item. Fed Ex dropped the ball as this part sat not showing any movement for over a week. I contacted carparts and they said they would put a tracer on the part. I asked them to reship part which they did with no problem. Seller was very nice. They lost money for using Fed Ex Carpart 5 stars Fed Ex 0 stars
