Hi,
This requires removal of the door panel trim most of the time. Once the door panel is removed, you have to remove the plastic insulation against water/debris and work your way to the bolts holding the exterior door handle in place. You will have to remove/unclip the steel rod connecting from the door latch mechanism to the door handle hook inside. Still, it is best to consult a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for clear specific steps, or a video sharing website that shows a DYI install for your vehicle or consult your trusted local auto repair shop for this.
