Part came quickly. YouTube videos helped with installation. The anchor piece that gets screwed into the car didn't fit (it was designed for the screw straight-on, vs the OEM one at a significant angle), but I was able to re-use the existing anchor. Handle seems sturdy, was a very easy fix. Minus one star because had I need a new anchor piece, the one provided wouldn't have fit.

My item was easy to order on website. It fit as expected. was easy to install after watching a UTube video. it for my particular car, i wish it came with a spare bolt, i case I needed it, which I did. but nevertheless, item was great! The item comes unpainted- we just put on as is, as it is unimportant for the age of the car.

In most vehicles, including the 2007 Jeep Patriot, the license plate lights are typically integrated into the liftgate assembly near the license plate area, not directly into the door handle itself. The door handle is usually a separate component from the lighting system. Therefore, it is unlikely that this replacement exterior door handle includes integrated license plate lights.
